Practicing Gratitude in a Busy World

The quickest and most powerful way to develop a happy brain is to fill your mind full of gratitude. The key to happiness is gratefulness. 

Many of us get stuck in our day to day lives while losing sight of what matter most. Each of us have people that we love, but few of us tell them regularly. It is amazing how giving thanks lets your mind feel alleviated, elevated, and happy once again. 



Gratitude doesn't have to stop at just the ones you love. Be thankful for, well, everything! Nothing is too small or insignificant to not be grateful for. Recognizing that you are lucky to experience everything -small and large- and being grateful for the life you have is your key to your own happiness.
